2nd Hobbit trailer footage from Comic-con

Hello everyone. I noticed people saying that there was some footage in the second trailer that they already saw at Comic-con. Is it possible that that is the reason the CGI does not look as perfect as some part should ? I wasn't really stunned by Gollums eyes for example and the look of Rivendel. I loved everything else. What do you guys think ?

Seeing as these were some of the first scenes shot for the movies, they've had more time to work on the CGI, and they really do look like finalized effects shots. Obviously, the final grade for the whole movie hasn't been done yet, so they could still have a slightly different look.

If you remember the Comic Con trolls, they had lots of facial hair. I can barely see any facial hair on the trolls in the trailer. This leads me to believe that there is still some rendering to do. Not surprising, as hair is notoriously difficult to draw.
