* Here's the idea

Choose a topic with Pun Potential and begin a sub-thread in reply to this one.
A couple of examples:
1. Subject line "I've been caught between a Roac and a hard place!"
A sample reply: "You'd just have to say 'snail and farewell.'"
2. Subject line "Don't be Beorning! Add a Hobbit or LOTR-related pun to this sub-thread!"
A sample reply: "Better post mine now before the great ones get all goblin-ed up!"

Or try a poem, short story, etc. full of puns. You can even make it collaborative if you like (invite others to add their own lines).
Post as many times as you like. (See below for some possible topics)
