You either die a hot dwarf, or you live long enough to see yourself become old and ugly. * spoilers inside *

I’ve recently been thinking about Fili and Kili in The Hobbit movies; are they going to be killed in the movie just like they were in the book? In the book, they die defending their cousin, Thorin Oakenshield, in the Battle of Five Armies. I’m a bit worried that the movie will “save” them and let them live; I think that they really should be killed off. I hope I don’t sound insensitive, it’s just that their deaths were honorable and impactful; they died for a good cause, and their deaths added just the right amount of sorrow into the story. So I hope Peter Jackson does allow them to die in the movie. Which brings me to my Batman inspired conclusion and a picture I made of it at the link below: You either die a hot dwarf, or you live long enough to see yourself become old and ugly. https://plus.google.com/...49/posts/YBiTJAc8ThQ

Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..." Dwarves: "Pretty rings..." Men: "Pretty rings..." Sauron: "Mine's better." "Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded b*****d with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak. I wouldn't worry about PJ not killing them off though. There is no need for PJ to change this

Yeah, I don't expect that will happen, either. /
