my first poll -- what do you think is up with the Home Page? Can't Post

Well, I couldn't resist a poll on this subject.

Hope this is OK with TPTB and that I did this right!

Hmmmm....inquiring minds want to know [In reply to] Can't Post

I've got Maps on the brain, so of course I selected that! My heart wants The Hobbit to be announced on TORN, and I know TPTB are capable of messing with our heads. So I picked all three.

But, I really think it's maintenance. Although, the maintenance could be anticipating a certain Announcement.......Wink You know, increased site traffic, video diaries sent to us during filming.... The beloved, creaky home page needs an update.

Reluctantly I chose site redesign... [In reply to] Can't Post

if it were a Hobbit announcement I'd keel over on the floor. New Line knows this, so they wouldn't do us this way. They don't want yet another lawsuit!Sly

It's a conspiracy, I tell ya! [In reply to] Can't Post

I voted for "messing with our heads" simply because I find the idea of TORN being the launch point for the Hobbit movie campaign to be, well, unlikely.

But I'd be beyond delighted to be wrong!

Well, it's not April Fools Day [In reply to] Can't Post

So I don't think they are messing with us. I think it was just time for an overhaul and we'll see the 'Bigger and Better' TORn very soon.

Site design is the logical answer [In reply to] Can't Post

But I'd love to think it's connected with the Hobbit movie too. After all, the site has to be ready when the long-expected Announcement is finally made...

Ok, who are the 2 of you who know but won't talk? [In reply to] Can't Post

I see that 2 people chose the "I know but can't tell you" option.

That proves there's something afoot!
