It's one of those things that bears keeping in mind, as I think it helps you deal with such circumstances better if you know what you are dealing with. lol.
When a person is genuinely frustrated, and their sincere (if exessive/over the top) reactionarism is mistaken for generic trolling, or casually dismissed. . . they only get worse, which really serves no one.
Sometimes the best road is either to politely agree to disagree and disengage, or express understanding but not agreement, again politely. When people start adding snyde replies etc., or telling fanatics thier fervour is misplaced etc. . . that just throws fuel onto an out of control fire. lol.
