Elves vs Men Can't Post

I am talking Tolkien's elves and men from all the ages. I think its closer than most will think (if going off the movies).

What about Hurin and Turin [In reply to] Can't Post

Im sure Tolkien says Hurin was pretty hardcore himself taking out so many enemies he was buried beneath their bodies!Turin aswell in battle was meant to be fierce and will according to some writings take out Morgoth for real in Dagor Dagorath (is it sad i know all the battles of beleriand without having to spell check or anything, lol) But then Fingolfin did something amazing in wounding Morgoth 7 times is it?.

Problem is [In reply to] Can't Post

That you have hardcore elves (i.e Fingon) and hardcore humans (i.e Hurin).

I just went for elves because I prefer them Wink

so little faith in your own people, haha.

yeah i think i prefer elves as well really. Just thought with it being a difficult choice it could make a good discussion as their are arguments for both sides i think as you said.

I love both!
But the image of Turgon's army of ten thousand elite coming to the aid of Fingon... gotta say Elves!

Depends What You Mean. [In reply to] Can't Post

I Think Rohan during That Charge at Minis Tirith would have done great to any Dwarf or Elf army.
So I Say Rohan Men beats Elves any day.

The Elves. [In reply to] Can't Post

They have more awesomeness.

Elves [In reply to] Can't Post

The Elves are superior in almost every single way than Men. Elves are more agile, slower to tire, better awareness, and have more experience and knowledge than Men and you know what they say, "Knowledge is power" and the elves could use that in battle strategies and such.
