No, I didn't use "elsewhere" in the first post- but I did say "...because this has been an issue on other similar message boards." Let me also simply that for you. See, that sentence means that the issue of admins reading people's PM's has been an issue on OTHER message boards that also use PM's.
How on earth is that not clear to you?

OK can someone tell me where I can get the uber-emotes? I can get to the top-level domains you guys are using, but I can't find the actual smilies.

It has rockin' smileys! There are also some good smilies at bestsmilies.com (pretty sure that's the addy).
