Here's hoping.
Ian McKellan, Viggo Mortenson, Cate Blanchett, and Orlando Bloom are all already officially willing to come back, but only with Jackson.
The "Prequel Dualogy" will be the best "film prequel series" IN EXISTENCE!

I'm just praying that Ian Holm can return too, obviously doing his part with the help of CG and/or performance capture.
With the experience Wete has collected through the creation of Gollum and now through the making of Avatar (with James Cameron), it could mean the return of a great actor in a role, sadly, he wouldn't been able to do directly.
