Sohaib Awan from the radio show Fictional Frontiers also does a segment on SUVUDU that focuses on fantasy and science fiction books, movies and comics. He spoke with our own MrCere this week about his trip to New Zealand including Weta Workshop and Richard Taylor. They talk 'Hobbit' of course, 'Hobbit' trailer insights and a lot about travel possibilities that regular people can make. Listen to the segment right here.

I'm so glad you had such a great time in NZ. One part of your interview that stuck out for me was your description of the approach that the crew are taking to the Hobbit films, of "a labour of love, fully funded" - that gives me a lot of confidence about what is driving the people who are making these movies. I had to laugh when Sohaib described seeing the trailer as like putting on a pair of comfortable pants that haven't been worn in a while. What a great simile! :D
Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..." Dwarves: "Pretty rings..." Men: "Pretty rings..." Sauron: "Mine's better." "Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded b*****d with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak. interesting and informative. From the things he observed, to people he came into contact with, the purpose of his coming/going to New Zealand and reactions he received while here and many other questions he answered.
