We get to see much more of Turin than Hurin. It would depend on the motivation for each other would be, in my opinion. Although I do believe Turin would be much more reckless in his fighting style. It would also depend on when Turin fought Hurin. After Beleg died? Before? Since I can't really recall much about Hurin, I'm going to say Turin would win.
Some who have read the book, or at any rate have reviewed it, have found it boring, absurd, or contemptible; and I have no cause to complain, since I have similar opinions of their works, or of the kinds of writing they evidently prefer. Good becomes great. Bad becomes worse. This is why you were chosen. Because a strong man who has known power all his life may lose respect for that power. But a weak man knows the value of strength and knows compassion.

The madness would give him the edge.
Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..." Dwarves: "Pretty rings..." Men: "Pretty rings..." Sauron: "Mine's better." "Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded b*****d with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak. Turin is too furious and emotional for his own good.

After the Battle of Unnumbered Tears was lost, Húrin and Huor took a stand an fought off the orcs and trolls, allowing Turgon to retreat into safety. Huor and all the Men who were with them fell, but Húrin kept his ground. He killed so many orcs and trolls he was buried under them and his battle ax withered. When orcs tried to grab him to take him captive, he hewed their limbs off. Each time he swinged his axe he yelled "Aure entuleva", and this cry was heard seventy times. There you go. He performed a "You Shall Not Pass" against an entire army, buying his friends enough time to escape.

Even though there isn't much about Hurin, I think he would win. Turin is hot headed and stubborn and makes a lot of bad decisions (it's not really his fault thought, it's because of Morgoth's curse, mostly)

I think Hurin would win but, it would be a very, very close match.
