Sylvester McCoy...... Can't Post

.....was on TVNZ1 this morning.
Obviously he couldn't say much about his role but he said he has already done 8 weeks in the studio, he is now about to do 2 weeks on location and expects to be back later for a few more days.

Hmm... [In reply to] Can't Post

am I the only one suprised that his role needs so much time to shoot? And even more so, that he also will be ''on location''?
Anyway, ty for the news Moahunter.

Thanks moahunter and Pipedream. His is one of the roles I've been wondering about... [In reply to] Can't Post

one of the LotR touches missing from LotR that I'm very content to be having the chance to see in The Hobbit.

I never watched Dr. Who, but he looks like he will be perfect for who I envision Radagast to be.

He is very funny. I wonder if we'll see an homage to his playing the spoons in The Hobbit [In reply to] Can't Post

My impression... [In reply to] Can't Post

...is that he's likely to be involved in the attack on Dol Guldur - maybe the location filming is of the journey through Mirkwood to the fortress...?

Regarding viewing problems. [In reply to] Can't Post

I got an 'unable to view outside NZ' message, but I waited for a few seconds and the video started anyway.

I have to say, I had to chuckle at the presenter's 'Razzagast'. Wink There will be a whole new flotilla of 'unpronounceable' names that people unfamiliar with Tolkien will have to get used to.

When Sean Bean, "Boromir", is in Rivendell, fingering the shards of Narsil... [In reply to] Can't Post

In the second movie they're going to reveal a special ability known only to certain select among the maiar....the ability to transform oneself into a black arrow. Itaril loads Radagast into her bow and fires. A long cinematic five seconds later Radagast guides himself through the tiny bare patch under Smaug's left breast and the rest is movie history. Evil

Nah just kidding. I agree with everything you wrote in your post and only wanted to be silly. In addition I'd say there's a fair chance he'll make an appearance at any councel scene they have prior to the move on Dol Guldur, and a maybe an appearance of some sort at BOFA.
