Hi Morok. [In reply to] Can't Post

(Great nick, by the way!)

You'll find the answer in TORN 201 in the Welcome board - here's the relevant section:

2.39 I noticed that different users have different titles under their usernames ... what do they mean? The titles listed under members’ usernames are automatically assigned by the system and are based on the total number of posts that a user has created on the message boards. They represent the journey the members of the Fellowship of the Ring made through Middle-earth and beyond, and are based on the following post counts:

Up to 9 posts: Registered User
10 to 49 posts: The Shire
50 to 99 posts: Bree
100 to 249 posts: Rivendell
250 to 499 posts: Lorien
500 to 999 posts: Rohan
1000 to 1999 posts: Gondor
2000 to 2999 posts: Tol Eressea
3000 - 5000 posts: Valinor
5000 - 10,000 posts: Half-elven - congratulations! Few mortals make it to Valinor. As a reward, Mandos has granted you the choice of the Half-elven: you can "choose a mortal life," or continue posting to the ultimate level...
10,000+ posts: Immortal

These titles don't carry any authority or prestige. It’s just a fun way to “walk in the footsteps” of the Fellowship, and it also represents the fellowship we have here on the boards!

Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..."
Dwarves: "Pretty rings..."
Men: "Pretty rings..."
Sauron: "Mine's better."

"Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded b*****d with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak.

Holy Shizzle, I've written that many posts? [In reply to] Can't Post

I've been here for how long? Maybe I need to get out more. Crazy Wink

“Tell me one last thing,” said Harry. “Is this real? Or has this been happening inside my head?”
“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?”

You're already the most prolific poster amongst all that begin with "T" - congrats! [In reply to] Can't Post

I don't stand a chance against the amazing N. E. Brigand, but I'm giving New from Bree a run for second place here in the N's...

Interesting [In reply to] Can't Post

to see who is where on the all-time poster list. I'm on the second page, and its amazing to see the progression of others. I remember a while ago when there were only a couple that had made the 'Half-Elven' status, now there is a small bunch......there are not too many inactives on those first two pages....

What's the matter, James? No glib remark? No pithy comeback?"

Click on the "Who's Online" ring up at the top of the page .... [In reply to] Can't Post

1) Click on Who's Online
2) Then click on "View Member Directory" just under the rings
3) That will take you to a list of all members in alphabetical order. If you click on Posts at the top of that table, it will be sorted by number of posts. To get a list of only the users whose name starts with a certain letter, you can click one of the letters above the table. And then you can sort that table if you wish.
