Sherlock Holmes vs Smaug Can't Post

This thought popped into my head as I finished watching the final episode of BBC's Sherlock Holmes.
I thought to myself, if Benedict Cumberbatch really is going to be voicing Smaug, it'll bee a funny thing
imagine this:
Smaug (benedict) and Bilbo (martin) in the Lonely, Mountain, and Bilbo is hiding from Smaug

smaug: WATSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOW YOURSELF!

bilbo; your're the genius, so you figure it out.

Smaug: I've had enough of your games, Watson!

Bilbo: Hee-hee, listen to this riddle, you great detective....

Smaug: shut up.

Or like this, Smaug needs to find the detective who has penetrated his mountain of gold

Who will win?
what say you?

Very interesting match up. [In reply to] Can't Post

A battle of wits is it? I got nothing... haven't seen very much of either of them individually and nothing of them together. I gather they do good banter?

Regardless, let me be the first to welcome you to TORn One Fan to Rule the Mall.

Sherlock vs. Smaug [In reply to] Can't Post

Well Sherlock would be a valuable addition to the team but between Sherlock and Smaug Id have to say Smaug would win. Sherlock can trap criminals. But its not like he just has to prove that smaug guilty and then arrest him. Smaug killing all those people is something Im sure hed brag about. And would have no prob gulping Sherlock down.
Dont take Smaug for a conjurer of cheep tricks.

How shall a man judge what to do in such times? Yea ask. As he ever has judged, good and ill have not changed since yesteryear; nor are they one thing among Elves and Dwarves and another thing among . It is a mans part to discern them, as much as in the Golden woods an in his own house said Aragorn

If it's a battle of wits [In reply to] Can't Post

Between Bilbo and Smaug I think Bilbo will win. Mostly cause Smaug is so proud of himself he wouldn't realize how witty Bilbo was being.

i love this match-up! [In reply to] Can't Post

I lol'ed at your dialogue too! i just finished watching Sherlock first 3 episodes.

I'd love to see the blooper reel, where they get the roles and lines confused.

Bilbo enters. SMAUG: did you bring the shopping?

SMAUG: ...and my breath death!
BILBO: Nicotine patches seem to help.

Bilbo hides. SMAUG: John is that you? I need you to text something....

LOL [In reply to] Can't Post

Great dialog. That would be hilarious if Martin and Benedict had a bit of fun between takes.
