Well [In reply to] Can't Post

We don't really see Faramir fight so much in the movies. From what we DO see though he seems to be more sneaky in his tactics than Aragorn, who uses more risky moves.
On one hand though, Aragorn (correct me if I'm wrong) protected Bree from the Nazgúl. That takes some skill.
Hand to hand combat --Aragorn. With 100 Rangers --Faramir.

Pedich Edhellen? Lau? Hria cuilë.

End of line.

What's the matter, James? No glib remark? No pithy comeback?"

Faramir [In reply to] Can't Post

Faramir and the Rangers of Ithilien have more experience waging guerrilla warfare than Aragorn and the Rangers of the North do. They'd set up an ambush and wipe many of them out.

However, if it came down to single combat, Aragorn is the better fighter and would defeat Faramir.

With caffeine, all things are possible.

The pity of Bilbo will screw up the fate of many.
