grandson Aidan is three and a half months old, and really taking notice of things now. He and the proud parents only live ten minutes walk away from me - I'm very lucky!

I love this site - Sometimes ShyElf the Younger and I spend time going through many of the posts (or the main page news) together....and end up in grand discussions (or fits of laughter) about some of the stuff we read/learn on this site.

I dreamed we had a foot of snow...heavy wet slushy stuff...the kind that
soaked four pairs of mittens before the snowman was done...got out of
bed...tore open the shutters and threw up the sash...it was true. I am going back to bed. I

In fact, I *paid* Shelob to weave me a very comfortable couch of spider silk on which I can take my leisure. It's fully upholstered so it doesn't stick to my skin, and I'm the most comfortable orc in the East!
