HELP REQUEST for a graphical run of 3rd Age.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this...
Working on a graphical version of the LOTR appendices for the 3rd Age.
I want to upload them from my hard drive but The problem is that I'm
not sure what the total limit is for a collection of images.
(Looked at Magpie's excellent Torn Image help guide but there is
nothing on limits for a collection of images)
The version working on now uses:
13 x Images @ 660 x 310 (reduced down to 48K per image).
Each image covers 260 years so (x12 = 3120)
With 13th image as a HELP KEY.
Is the limit on a group of images based on total memory
size allowed or a set number of actual images?

and 50 KB is the policy limit but not the functional limit. It's more around 45 KB. If your images are 48K, try one and see if it get's rejected.
I'm not an admin, but I feel fairly safe in saying that once you reach your 250 KB total limit, you'd have to start a new post as a reply to the first one (or sometimes I might make the first one to start the thread saying what I'm going to do.. and then put all the separate 'sub posts' as a reply to the first one. It keeps all the images in the same level of outline structure in threaded mode. But... I'm obsessive)
Or, post all the images at Photobucket or Picasa and link to them on one album (so they don't get broken up)
