I don't know if thus has been mentioned, but part of Keys announcement included the fact that it will be premiered in NZ. They'll do a fantastic job, just as they did for RotK! http://www.stuff.co.nz/...-shoot-to-stay-in-NZ

I'm just wondering if it will be the first film or second film?

I'm already saving up for my studying abroad trip in early 2012, but I may need to save some more sooner if the premiere is for the first film and not the second... :D
My LiveJournal ~ My artwork and photography NARF since age 8, when I refused to read the Hobbit because the cover looked boring and icky.

thanks. I hadn't taken the time to read it thoroughly (shame on me). Thanks for that great news. Now I really have to start saving, I want to be there.

I'd have pushed for both! It makes a lit more sense. The publicity New Line gained from the way NZ celebrated tbe RotK, more than made up for the 'inconvenience' of being premiered in NZ.

Kangi Ska Resident Trickster New Zealand is as close to Middle-earth as you can get. At night you can not tell if crows are black or white.

Besides that won't happen at least until the US Eastern Seaboard comes on line. By then, we will be in bed!

I would think it would be the second one, wasnt ROTK the one with the big Wellington premiere. I should know, I was in the crowd, but I have completely forgotten when it was I still have some photos I took of the procession from back then.
