Same height as Sir Ian, Orlando and Viggo. Yet more importantly, slightly shorter than John Rhys Davies. ;) Thanks for the ongoing support everyone. Please keep visiting my YouTube page and leaving comments on my "The Hobbit - Misty Mountains" video to help my cause. BoB

I just have to exorcise the memory of Boss Nass (shudder) and I'll be fine with him in The Hobbit.
King Arthur: Who are you who can summon fire without flint or tinder? Tim: There are some who call me... Tim. Tim: No I don't talk about my love life for a very good reason, and that reason is I don't have one. Which is very good news for the ladies-I am still available. I'm a heck of a catch, cos, er well look at it. I live in Slough, in a lovely house, with my parents. I have my own room, which I've had since yep, since I was born. That's seen a lot of action I tell you. Mainly dusting. I went to university for a year as well, before I dropped out, so I'm a quitter. So, er, form an orderly queue ladies.

King Richard IV http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_IV_of_England_(Blackadder) King Richard IV: As the good Lord said: "Love thy neighbour as thyself, unless he's Turkish, in which case, kill the bastard!" I can imagine Rowan Atkinson as a loathsome, scheming "Black Adder Hobbit"...Smeagol's cousin.

The first time I saw Brian Blessed was in The Three Musketeers as Porthos. I think I'm the only person in this forum who hasn't seen Black Adder yet. George Lucas made him do some teerrrrrrilbe things in The Phantom Menace.

Can you believe I just dropped another juicy morsel for the board to savour and discuss...... ..... and it got quickly gobbled up by the carrion birds..! I wonder how many more pieces of valuable information have been lost in the same fashion? I feel like I'm being treated like the little boy who cried wolf.... but I'm hunting with the pack!

Why are there actors even being suggested for the part of the Necromancer? Isn't he in fact the Witchking of Angmar, a wraith, and thus faceless? I think giving him a face/personality would elicit some geek-tantrums from myself and perhaps a few others.
