Part of what helps is I've lived both sides of this. When I was a year younger than my son my folks divorced and then when I was 13 my mum remarried a guy she SHOULD have divorced and didn't! But all I have to do is search my own feelings and it's easy to spot what's best for my son. Thank you and I'll do my best not to disappoint me TORnsibs!

I have some of that planned too. 1-800-JUNK? Is that a joke or are they real? (I guess I could Google it). There's a local thrift store/food bank we usually take things too, but it's nice to keep our options open, especially for larger items.

He's really suffering in the heat, but we can't do anything with his puppy coat. Next year we'll have to shave him, if his coat is anything like his Dad's, he is going to be one bushy boy! Never seen border collies with such a thick coat before!

What a great looking cake and what an adorable looking puppy. Sounds like all is well with the kiddies at your house. Glad they are getting along.
When I moved in with OhioHobbit and brought my cat, his dog was a bit put out, so OhioHobbit put peanut butter on the cat's head and then the dog loved the cat. He held him down and licked and licked his head!
