Wow! It's a really nice graphic [In reply to] Can't Post

But they probably should have waited until there was somewhere to go from there. But I agree that it's nice to have something going on :D

I really need these new films to take me back to, and not re-introduce me to, that magical world.

I am much afraid... [In reply to] Can't Post

...that the blu-ray sales will be disappointing, since so many people are waiting for the EEs in blu-ray (I know I am). And if that happens, they may conclude that the super-duper EE collection with outtakes, extra scenes, "Making of..." etc. that we're all waiting for might get put on the shelf!

the blue ray trailer is fun to watch... [In reply to] Can't Post

It's sort of a greatest hits of the movie trailers, and you can even watch it inside the Ring, if you don't go full screen with it.

And yes, nice that they left the link to the old site up -- always fun to see whose voice you get when you click on it!

I don't see anything new on the site - to me it looks the way it has looked for weeks if not months but maybe I'm missing something

I believe [In reply to] Can't Post

that Smonocco was referring to the fact that the site changed last month, and was wondering if we were talking about a change since then.

Been this way since the Blu-Ray announcement [In reply to] Can't Post

The site remains unchanged since the Blu-Ray announcement. So yes, it's new, but only new as of December. Nothing has changed in recent weeks.

So much has changed since 2001 [In reply to] Can't Post

I remember waiting overnight just to download the new trailer for the The Two Towers in "hi resolution". I was using dial up then. But now, you can watch trailer via Youtube in seconds. Everyone's taking it for granted now.

I miss those days where anticipation was much more fun. :)

Each week features different themes that will test your ability in identifying even the smallest detail from the trilogy (and also a way to show off to everyone how many times you've seen the films). Many thanks to weaver for assistance and suggestions and to Reera the Red for the LOTR Screencap Library for the images featured on this game. Everyone is free to comment and suggest to further improve the game.
