I posted this a while back on the old boards as a mathom of some kind. It may even have been as long ago as two years. This story's been in gestation a while ... Anyway, it's currently underway and is progressing quite nicely (IMHO) so I have decided to start sharing it with the world. A scary moment.
Each chapter will be longish - around the 3000 word mark - so I'm going to post the link to Fanfiction.net instead of posting text here. But comments are welcome wherever! Enjoy.
