Don't know if this is important, but... Can't Post

I was having some problems logging in earlier, due to a "fetchrow_hashref" error (no idea what that means). I tried about two hours ago, and then again about an hour ago, and it wouldn't even let me get to the site.

Anyway, obviously it's working again, but just thought I'd mention that! Not being able to log onto TORn made me sad....Wink

"....But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. Last night, I experienced something new, an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau's famous motto: Anyone can cook. I realize that only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. "

Fetchrow_hashref? [In reply to] Can't Post

Sounds like some sort of secret code to me.
Or else the name of the actor to play Bilbo has finally been announced. Wink

It's usually caused by high traffic [In reply to] Can't Post

The best thing to do is what you did: wait and try again later.

I'll alert Corvar in any case, and thanks for letting us know. Smile

Kel had about the same:

And for the home page, it was:

for both of us.

Just in case that helps. TORn was inaccessible for quite a while (could have been two hours or so).

I do not suffer from LotR obsession - I enjoy every minute of it.

Yeah, usually I can just try again in a few minutes and get in [In reply to] Can't Post

But this time I couldn't get in at all for quite some time. I had a tab up with the error message so I could copy it into a post here as soon as I did get in but I finally had to leave to run errands and just closed my browser.

Site tweaking [In reply to] Can't Post

It turns out some site tweaking is going on; another common cause of not being able to access the site, especially for longer periods. It may happen again in the next few days. Try again later is still the best advice. Smile

As always, thanks for the feedback.

I think [In reply to] Can't Post

It sounds like the name of an alien. Or a planet. Like, we took the Enterprise to the explore Fetchrow Hashref in search of any alien civilization, but found that the planet had been utterly devoid of life for quite some time.
