i will just have'ta just get up on the stage. Just saunter up like i belong there. Carry a trombone or something. Actually i thought of that. I think i will opt for your help, if you may and my sons to help gain attention (raising of arms) whilst i get in front of the first row with you guys right in front of me. I wonder if that is possible?.......wear a hat with 'PRESS' stuck in the hatband. ........watch, the whole crowd will end up raising their arms.

So, I would assume there will be hundreds of people visiting those activities. Is there any way we can sort of "identify" the folk here, or from Doug's blog? It's really not an issue of "feeling lost", but rather the prospect of missing some people I'd really like to meet in person, since this may very well be the only chance for quite a while.

TORn baseball caps that we can buy. They would be easy to spot in a crowd. Something like the shirts -red with yellow lettering.

We have been needing new hats for some time for conventions, events and perhaps to sell. If somebody wants to take up a serious headcount of people willing to pay for a hat (I am betting $20) we can see about it. I think something with the official TORn logo on a cap would look nice. Our last caps were two-toned grey with silver lettering or something like that. Quite sharp.

there is a possibility to arrange something with Doug Adams or other officials from the concert. TORN is one of the main partners. So maybe they would like it to have a picture of the TORn--sibs scattered all of Radio City Music Hall. And other wise you just have to look very impressive (which without a doubt you will be able to pull off) and just walk up on stage "yes, professional business.... it is very important I get on that stage.... very, very important". Bring a baton, maybe they'll think you are the conductor. Oh, this is going to be so much fun, the more I read about it, the more I'm looking forward to it *geeky handclaps from my side*....

It'll be great to meet you LL. Also, great to meet some of the other TORn 'alumni' I've never met, and reconnect with those I have. This will truly be a party of special magnificence.

Okay... so I was trying to imagine where everyone was located for the show... longitudes, latitudes, proximity... whatever. So I copied the Radio City Music Hall's seating chart and used Smeagirl/Girllum's updated list of mooters and their seat assignments to plot out where we'll be sitting with black marks. Then I tried to do it again with name tags. It's a very rough set, so anyone with some talent for such things can feel free to tweak them :) Also, if those who have not given their seat assignments and would like to see where they'll be placed, I'd be happy to add you. Don't have seat #s for: a.s. Altaira +1 Aragorn the Elfstone Donry? elentari3018 ("probably +2") Elizabeth Farawyn gkgyver Glaurung63 +1 Laitholiel_the_SeaElf +1?
