It was just a short, almost a background line, but I was startled to see Penneh let Charlie go off so easily. It could have been just a line thrown in by the writers, but given how this show circles back around so often (and loops, and circles, and folds, etc), I'm afraid that "nurse" is going to turn out to be working for Ben. Or Widmore. Whoever!
