To be honest, I have no idea who this is, beyond that he is a Ranger of Ithilien. I think he may be Thorongil when he was younger... I'm not sure if the second Ranger is the same guy...
Apologies for the horrible pictures and cropping... It looked better in the original versions, but the size limit made me crop them to a shadow of what they were.... blasted technology >_<
