can one edit old posts forever on the Moot board? Can't Post

All right, this is not a major problem, just interesting and possibly a glitch or maybe it's a planned diversion.

But I just looked at an old post of mine on the Moot board to check what I had said there, and found an "edit" button that appears to be live (it opens up an edit post screen).

So I thought I'd comment on it here, in case it's not supposed to be that way.

And my only needing 20 more posts to get to Valinor has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with it.

Some say once you're gone, you're gone forever, and some say you're gonna come back.
Some say you'll rest in the arms of the Savior, if sinful ways you lack.
Some say that they're coming back in a garden: bunch of carrots and little sweet peas.
I think I'll just let the mystery be.

Huh. I just looked [In reply to] Can't Post

at one of my old posts on Moots as well, and the edit button is still live.

Somehow I'm comforted by that. Makes me think of the Old Boards and their many glitches. I'm not so homesick. SmileHeart

Wink
The edit windows were set way back when when each board was created and apparently I missed that one. Crazy

It's set at the customary 10 mins now. Welcome to Valinor, btw. Smile

Oh, if only the Old Boards were that easy to fix.
