"London schoolchildren perform a haka for New Zealand Prime Minister" Can't Post

I was listening to the radio with slightly less than half my attention. An articulate and engaging child did an interview with Radio New Zealand about the above haka. It was only at the end of the interview that I (and the interviewer) took note of his name: Sonny Ashbourne-Serkis.

And yes, he's Andy's son.

To listen to the interview (3.5 minutes long): click here, and select the item "London schoolchildren perform a haka".

Do we find happiness so often that we should turn it off the box when it happens to sit there?

What fun! [In reply to] Can't Post

"It was funny at the end becaue we had to pull funny faces."

Yeah I bet the kids hated doing that. Tongue

And what a small world it is, that Andy Serkis's son would be part of that haka and interviewed by Radio New Zealand. This is a great little planet we live on. :)

Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..."
Dwarves: "Pretty rings..."
Men: "Pretty rings..."
Sauron: "Mine's better."

"Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauronís master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded b*****d with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak.

That was great! [In reply to] Can't Post

What a fun interview - and what a nice wee lad! It made me laugh when he said (of Boris Johnson), 'I think I've seen him on the news...' He reminded me of my nephew - especially the way almost every sentence started with 'Um...' Smile

I wish we could see footage of the kids doing the haka! That would be priceless! Thanks for posting that Kimi!
