When will this be changed to point to the main index page for the new boards?

If you noticed, a link to the new boards has been added to the top of that menu.

As for the links to the old boards, they probably won't be changed any time soon. We actually *want* people who don't know about the switch yet to be able to find the old boards. The messages I left at the top of the old boards contain complete instructions for re-registering on the new boards, which is very convenient for anyone who wouldn't know right away to look for them in TORn 201 here.
