In the general population, E/I, S/N, and J/P should split 50-50. T/F have a gender effect: still 50-50 overall, more T's are male, more F's femine.[sic] BTW, most liberal arts professors are iN, one reason the more here-and-now ES students get impatient with them. ElanorTX PhD in psychology

typing the way you talk. I have a tendency to do that and then I'll read my posts and just not send them because I don't like the way they're worded and don't have time to fix them. I know proper grammar pretty well but I have a hard time writing it.

Not sure I feel very fieldmarshalish or driven towards leadership, but I don't really like people telling me what to do.

You see, puff means push in Norwegian *pushes orcbane out in the water and giggles scientifically* ;-) (I'm not really the type to giggle girly or hysterically)

Being reasonable. *grumble* However, I'm pretty sure the 20 percent of Extraverts that have answered the poll til now can't be hold responsible for all the pointless posts on TORN *grin*

we can run the classic Good Mod/Bad Mod routine. I'll use common sense and reason to lull them into a false security so you can sneak up on them with suprise attacks.

in these personality threads! Too much maybe, as Grima might say. I thought you was in cahoots. But I am glad to hear there is some fun in Modulating. Looks to be a tedious job, although that may not be the right word, without it. But with memories as they are, we all will be suitably be-fuddled again shortly. Giggling scientifically. Hmmm. Sounds a little spooky. No Har-Dee Har-Hars, no Yuck-Yuck-Yucks ? Are you sure ?

our cahootling skills are world class. One must keep oneself entertained. If anyone can giggle scientifically, it would be Draupne. Mind you, if you should ever hear scientific giggles behind you, I'd run for it: you never know what might follow. Cans of whale blubber, spiky helmets, ninja elephants.....

So I wonder if other people's results change over time or if everyone remains the same.
I've only seen this test twice, the last time being nearly 10 years ago. At that time, I was an INFP. This time, however, I scored as ISTP. I thought this a bit odd, so I did it again, changing a couple of answers that I was on the fence about, and it still came up ISTP. So, the introvert part stayed the same (both times at 100%), as did the 'perceiving' part, but it seems that somehow the other two parts didn't. I'm curious as to how it could happen, but have no explanation for it.

gramma is an I. She loves her alone time, and being in a large group exhausts her. Introverts aren't necessarily quiet, and Extroverts aren't necessarily chatty. It's all about where you get your energy. Introverts need alone time to recharge, and Extroverts are charged up by being around other people.

Apparantly I am extremely sensitive to my environment. And I immediately notice little variations in my surroundings. And apparantly I have an eye for balance and can tell what does and doesn't fit in, well, anything. Ooh, and I'm emotionally well-rounded. Fun!

bored us with discussions about US politics I'm pretty sure they deserve it. It's not as we're here to entertain them. And you can't seriously claim that discussing the fate of the kelp forests would bore you! ;-)
