Happy St Patrick's day all! I shall definitely be wearing green tomorrow -espeacially as we've got heavy snow forecast for Sunday! Belfast does have a parade not as good as Dublin but sure it wasn't allowed in the centre until a few years ago so I'm not complaining. I shall be making numerous toasts tomorrow to the patron saint! Hope all here have a great Paddy's day - passes aroung green mojito's!! Slainte!
May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back.

You could carry orange lillies since both "sides" as it were use them and still wear green!! Though it may be a bit clashy on the eyes!

What, doesn't everyone sing The Wild Rover while lifting green beers on St. Paddy's day??? Hmmm, must be a family tradition! Slainte!! one day early. I'm peeking in from work (a luxury I've never had before, wow)---so happy Fiesta, happy Paddy's Day, happy double-nickels, Gramma, and happy anything else to all the other sibs, families, friends...and tolerant bosses!! a.s.
"an seileachan" Everybody's wondering what and where they all came from. Everybody's worried 'bout where they're gonna go when the whole thing's done. No one knows for certain, and so it's all the same to me: I think I'll just let the mystery be. ~~~~Iris DeMent

(instead of thinking *before* I post) that I probably shouldn't have said that in quite that way -- didn't mean to step on anyone's toes! And an extra drink always helps!

Oh, my gosh - yep, there's you in those scenes, furry feet and all! Wonderful! Have an absolutely splendid celebration! Careful with the candles on your cake (you know what the ones on Bilbo's did to his cake!), and watch out for wayward Rings that try to slip on your finger!

Ho?omaika?i ?ana, ??lelo ho?omaika?i (=Congratulations! in Hawaiian) I just had baby grand niece (=great-niece?) born a couple of weeks ago. Only they live on the other side of the world and I didn't get to see her or hold her yet. Not till next X-mas. My sister (the baby's grandmother) and I were only just reunited 4 1/2 years ago after being separated 47 years (since I was 3 years old). I grew up an only child, sisters were only a myth all of my life. Now I have two sisters. a niece, 3 great-nieces from that sister....3 nephews from the other sister. Not to mention An aunt (still living), an cousins, all I never knew existed before. I wish you and your family great joy and may you never be separated. Aloha kâkou!
