For winning the best actor BAFTA last week for his role in the movie "I Swear".
(Incidentally, Peter Mullan had a supporting role in the film.)
I'm not generally much of a fan of these kinds of awards/shows. But it must be very gratifying for the recipients and it's likely a nice career boost, so I’m always pleased for them.
However, I still remember the thrilling ride of the 2004 Academy Awards, when RotK won eleven awards out of eleven nominations.

When you think of the massive count of working actors/actresses, to be acknowledge is truly praise-worthy... even if only to share in their moment (hopefully one of many :)
And yeah... there will never be anything as heady as the 2004 Academy Awards! :D *high five*
We have been there and back again.
