Gift Ideas and Suggestions.

Greetings all! The gifting season is almost upon us, and in honor of Annatar himself, I decided to get an early head start reaching out to the wonderful community for some inspiration! So what are the most unique or memorable Tolkien-themed gifts you've ever given or received? Perhaps it's a beautiful piece of Elven script jewelry, a detailed map of Middle-earth, or a rare first edition book. Maybe you have a story to share, or something on your wishlist? All ideas are welcome - big or small, practical or whimsical. If you know of any online stores or creators that specialise in Tolkien-themed gifts, or even items that have a Tolkien vibe. Let us know! If anyone has experience with baking or crafting their own Tolkien-inspired gifts, feel free to share those tips as well! I look forward to hearing suggestions and will post my own below.

Very jealous, I really want a Herugrim replica, although I wouldn't know what to do with it or where to put it I'm sure your own collection is also huge? People look at mine and must think I already own enough. I rarely get Tolkien gifts. Although I did get this gorgeous notebook one year: https://bodleianshop.co.uk/...raft-elves-journal-1. I'm surprised to see so much merch available for War of the Rohirrim! Are you not tempted to get the Warhammer set? https://youtu.be/...9GvWs?feature=shared even if you don't play the game they're incredibly fun to paint and collect.

Most of my Tolkien/Middle-earth collectibles are books, though I have been getting the Tolkien and other calendars over the last through years. I also have the full-cast audio dramas of both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings produced by Mind's Eye as well as the audiobook of The Silmarillion read by Martin Shaw. And soundtracks (including the soundtrack to Ralph Baksi's LotR).

Metalbird NZ has just announced a new collection of LOTR-themed metal artwork. The pieces are really good! https://www.metalbird.co.nz/...ns/lord-of-the-rings As for me, I've got the 'No visitors except on party business' sign, which I put up over the doorway to my bedroom.
Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..." Dwarves: "Pretty rings..." Men: "Pretty rings..." Sauron: "Mine's better." "Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded beggar with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak. Fantasy novel - The Arcanist's Tattoo My LOTR fan-fiction
