*First Lord of the Rings* reading experience:**	The Hobbit at Primary School. LotR and Silmarillion from about 14 years. Along with Dr Who and Star Trek books, and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, sealed my interest in SF & Fantasy from a very early age.
Favorite Tolkien character:	Faramir's steadfastness and unflapability, his quiet strength - wish I was more like that!
