Very interesting development!
I have never heard of the actress but the name 'Tyra' is likely an audition name (although I can't discount that it's a real invented character) because it was being officially used for the auditions at a UK drama school months back.
I'm not convinced they would have let actual character names get out that far back, as it would have given the game away about the plot.
It, as well as a few others, were circulating in the rumour-mill over on Reddit 2 months ago. See this post and thread:

Auditions are well underway for the show and I have been told that four names in an audition script are Eldien, Beldor, Aric and Tyra. These could likely be fake names for audition purposes or real names to be used in the show. Wish I could have found out more about the contents of the audition script...These auditions that I know about were held at a U.K. drama school so they were getting brand new actors.
So this news proves that the "leaker 2 months ago was legit and right.
Eldien is awfully similar to Aldarion, if you ask me.
As with GoT, many of the younger parts will likely be unknown or relatively new actors (as were Kit Harrington, Emilia Clarke, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams), with a "big name" - like Sean Bean as Ned Stark and Rosamund Pike as Moiraine in the up-coming WoT adaption - for more senior roles, I expect.
