If it is Belgarath before the end of the Mallorean, the he would win as the Necessity would not let him die.
However after the Mallorean they(Belgarath etc) believe that now their task is none, they will slowly lose their powers and so Gandalf would win.
Although if it was all five of the Istari vs The Brotherhood of Sorcerers, then The Sorcerers would win. Imagine Beldin, Belgarath, Belkira, Beltira, Belmakor and Belsamber all using the will and the word to become Balrogs Smile
