There's an easy cut on the stone giants scene

Just after Bofur says his bit "The legends are true..." The stone smashes above them, then cut to Bilbo falling off the ledge as if the blast knocked him off. I've managed it just by skipping and it works well and actually fixes the pacing of the whole movie
