You'd think that a little homeland security might have have kicked in, given that Erebor wasn't the first kingdom ever attacked by a dragon. I'm humorously envisioning gigantic bollards out front installed as security measures...Laugh

Really, you'd think more secret entrances over dragon-sized ones would have be in order.
