There were several beautiful-looking 'Elves' in these films (there was one at Aragorn's wedding scene, standing near Elrond, for example). Perhaps one of them could be used (not 'Lindir', though – a gormless-looking youth).
I I'm hoping that some more elf-lords will be involved, like Cirdan and Glorfindel, but I won't hold my breath for that (although maybe we'll get Lindir lol). Instead, it's looking likely that we will see the wood-elves fighting alongside the Council.
