Breaking a table in Rivendell, inhaling bugs etc.
I wasn't very impressed by his silence. He speaks quite often in the book compared to the other dwarves. Isn't it going to seem odd if he never speaks in AUJ, but in DOS he speaks all the time about food when the company is in Mirkwood? The audience would be confused at the character's sudden importance.
And what if PJ omits that entire part?
