This. Radagast is every bit the serious wizard that Saruman and Gandalf are. It's quite clear in his actions. All three wizards have their idiosyncrasies: Gandalf smokes and spends a lot of time with Hobbits, Saruman has his machines, and Radagast spends quite a bit of time with animals. They are very consistent and yet well-differentiated. Radagast is perfect.
