There are different "modes" of Tengwar. They are used usually depending (as far as I understand) on the language being transcribed. Darwin posted a site that shows "Beleriand Mode," which I think is traditional Sindarin, but isn't used often. I think the ones I posted were in "Common Mode," which is what I'm more familiar with. I don't fully understand the differences or proper uses of the modes. You should do some research into what Tengwar modes (and fonts for that matter) are out there and which you would like to use for your tat.
