There were a few nice moments of what I did see. It went pretty much the way I expected, especially the TV awards.
It's always strange to me that some people seem to get a couple of minutes to thank who they want, while others get less. (I don't mean Jodie -- boy that was a ramble)
I think the number and type of categories makes this a difficult awards show to segment. It's also an awards show where the voting is going to be skewed more than being voted an award by your peers. (Academy) So, while it's a popularity contest, its a bit different on how those votes are garnered.
Amy Poehler and Tiny Fey are fine.
I thought Daniel Day Lewis was gracious without seeming forced.
Of course I was sad that the Hobbit got nothing, not even a nom, but I didn't expect anything.
