The first Orc/Warg rider shouts something when he sees Radagast (can't quite make it out) and is the one to start chasing. The Orcs did stop eventually when they heard the fighting between the Orc/Warg and the Dwarves.
That's my attempt to explain, but other than that, I don't know! Maybe Orcs are ot-nay oo-tay ight-bray, if you get my meaning.
