The number of times I forget my password, and/or type it in wrong.  I wouldn't want the only copy of TDOS being deleted!
There are most definately copies in the studio and probably also on PJ's home computer and anywhere else where editing is done. And usually those drives give you three tries before deleting the content, anyway.
