Yes, we have differing opinions, but I am confused as to where you are getting 20 pages. Appendices A-F all feature material that falls in the timelines that concern the Hobbit and the Ring's overall destiny, which spans all of the books, and there is close to 200 pages, yes. Something like 160-ish, though I could be off. It's closer to 200 than it isn't. Anyway, your opinion is your own. Mine is mine.
