I came upon Steeleye Span way after everyone else [In reply to] Can't Post

so I was late to the game.

Discovering English traditional music was like coming home for me. It was like the home I didn't know I had left. I love it. (and I love all those quirky Brit/UK folk traditions) Of course, Steeleye Span does their own version of a lot of this. :-)

They were my gateway drug to Martin Carthy and the Watersons.
