Awesome, I am all against overmerchandising and these greedy companies, for once they are the ones paying the bills. It's very good that Tolkien Estate takes action against this sort of discreditable profit BS Warner Bros. is farming. I mean, don't you think it's degrading the whole Tolkien's works' reputation that they sell all kinds of junk in the name of these masterpieces. And even worse, take legal action against completely innocent things like the MERP, wich might even keep up the fans' interest while big companies are fighting for money. Absolutely noone has ever bought or will buy Skyrim for only one mod, and if would i don't think it will hurt in WB's purse...
Pessimists have no disappointments.
