Who is Master Worrywort?

I was just checking out The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey EE, and when I scrolled down, there was a list of the cast, and there I found Timothy Bartlett Master Worrywort. Who was he? Worrywort played a part in the Hobbiton Marketplace scene - Bilbo spoke to him while attempting to avoid Gandalf and running into Otho/Lobelia, as covered in one of the Quint's reports; the scene is said to be in the EE, so the character will pretty much be restored in the film.
