Who is Master Worrywort?

I was just checking out The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey EE, and when I scrolled down, there was a list of the cast, and there I found Timothy Bartlett Master Worrywort. Who was he? Was he in AUJ and I just missed him? Or is this someone who appears only in the EE? I'd never heard of him before, and my curiosity was piqued.

He's in the TE, however briefly...

he's the Hobbit who asks Bilbo where he's off to as Bilbo departs the Shire, resulting in the "I'm going on an adventure" response.

Worrywort played a part in the Hobbiton Marketplace scene - Bilbo spoke to him while attempting to avoid Gandalf and running into Otho/Lobelia, as covered in one of the Quint's reports; the scene is said to be in the EE, so the character will pretty much be restored in the film.

My Top 5 Wish List for "The Hobbit"
5. Legolas will surf down Smaug's neck
4. Bilbo will be revealed to a Robot
3. Naked PJ cameo as Ghan-Buri-Ghan
2. Use of not only 3D, but smell-o-vision, plus the inclusion of axes coming out of the seats and poking the audience when appropriate
1. Not only keep the claim that Thorin & Co. ran amok in Mirkwood "molesting people", but depict said incident in vivid detail!!!!!

No idea

but given his vaguely botanical name, he ought to be a hobbit. In which case, he could be one of the ones that Bilbo runs past in the TE, or he could be part of scenes that (I hope) flesh out Hobbiton in the EE.
