Is Gandalf the most powerful being in this picture

At first I thought he must be, because he's practically a god, but then I remember Thor IS a god. So what do you guys think?

Aslan was supposed to be God so that outclasses Gandalf. Also, I see Morpheus (The Sandman), who is the Lord of Dreams, an embodiment of an abstract force of the universe. That's gotta be at least on par with a Vala. His role is similar to Irmo Lorien in Tolkien's work.
