Dying for a New trailer

Or at least something new Frown

What's everyone thinking. I know we had the sneak preview but that didn't do much to satiate my appetite, and recently at cinemacon we heard PJ say a "few weeks," so should we say its a safe assumption on Star Trek's May 17th release. What do you guys think? I certainly hope so, can't wait much longer

If it wasn't for the sneak-peek of DOS

I'd be ridiculously desperate: thank god they gave us a new scene to look at. As it stands I'm just very desperate. Wink

That would probably be a logical time for the release. Anyhow at we won't have to be patient for much longer.

I think the same scene was already shown at the ComicCon last year, right ?! Nevertheless, the Fells Scene was stunning ( i´m a big fan of this "invention") and i was happy to see it !

Not new for people who went to ComicCon, new for the rest of us

Yes, said footage was described by Quickbeam a long while ago now, but don't tales (and therefore descriptions) fall utterly short of the reality? It was nice to be able to see what Quickbeam saw all that time ago and match his words with the action.

Yes I think the scene looked pretty good and (dare I say it) I'm becoming fairly fond of the film Radagast. Certainly *not* the Radagast I imagined, but there is an endearing innocence about him which hides his great power, and I like that.

Yeah I can't wait for the trailer

But that's all I'll be watching this time around. I spoiled myself way to much with AUJ so I'm gonna try no to this time.

"I have found it is in the small things, everyday deeds of ordinary folk, that keep the darkness at bay. Simple acts of kindness and love. Why Bilbo Baggins? Perhaps it is because I am afraid, and he gives me courage." - Gandalf the Grey.

"Do not be afraid Mithrandir. You are not alone. If ever you should need my help, I will come." -Lady Galadriel.

I agree!

I really enjoy Radagast's character, even as an invention ( in a speaking/acting role, that is). He gives a different dimension to the Wizards, and although not everyone agrees with him being included in AUJ, I personally like how he introduces a whole different perspective into AUJ in the form of the backstory of the Necromancer and the White Council.

And I agree, it is great to finally see the actual scene, after the tantalizing descriptions from Quickbeam! Once thing I caught, after watching that scene (I think of it as the "Fells Scene"). When Radagast is telling Gandalf in AUJ that the spiders came from Dol Guldur, Gandalf says "but the old fortress is abandoned"; Radagast replies: "No Gandalf. 'Tis not". In the "Fells Scene", Radagast tells Gandalf "this is not a nice place to meet", and Gandalf replies "No. Tis not". Just thought it was a clever touch.

'"Never laugh at live dragons, Bilbo you fool!" he said to himself, and it became a favourite saying of his later, and passed into a proverb.'

Same here

I didn't even get to see the sneak peek. I don't know if it's still up though on the website, I still want to see it. I just haven't had the time. Frown I hope it's attached to the Star Trek release. I'm going to see that movie. (I can't wait to see Benedict Cumberbatch as the villain.)
